Ruffled: A fish mutation tied to WINDY. Get it by Fish while WINDY is active. The mutation is not guaranteed on every catch. Use it to Sell the mutated fish. A heavier fish at a higher rarity tier gains more from the same multiplier.
Ruffled is the fishing mutation listed for the WINDY biome. Fish value is weight times rarity multiplier times mutation multiplier, rounded to the nearest Fish Point. Ruffled uses 1.5x.
